Boilermaker
Serves 1

2 oz whiskey
10 oz beer
Fill shot glass with whiskey. Drop full shot glass into mug o' beer. Drink immediately, enjoy.

Black and Blue
Serves 1

8 oz Guinness Stout beer
8 oz Blue Moon beer
Pour the Blue Moon into a pint glass. Float the Guinness on top to fill the glass, by pouring it over a bar spoon (or Black and Tan spoon) over the Blue Moon.

Black Velvet
Serves 1

4 oz Champagne
4 oz chilled stout
Pour the Champagne into a beer mug, pint glass

Black and Tan
Serves 1

• 8 oz Guinness Stout beer
• 8 oz pale ale beer
Pour the pale ale into a pint glass. Float the Guinness on top to fill the glass, by pouring it over a bar spoon (or Black and Tan spoon) over the pale ale

Red Beer
Serves 1

• 2 oz tomato juice
• 14 oz beer
• salt to taste
Pour the tomato juice into a beer mug.
Fill with beer.
Add salt to taste.

Trojan Horse
Serves 1

• 1/2 pint Guinness Stout
• 1/2 pint cola
Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug.
Top with the cola.

Bloody Brew
Serves 1

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
4 oz. Beer
4 oz. Tomato Juice
Dash Tabasco
Salt and Pepper

Pickle, Green Bean, or Celery Spear and Lemon Wedge to Garnish

Dirty Blonde
Serves 1

Guinness
Stella Artois
Make like a Black & Tan. Take a beer glass at a 45 degree angle. First add the the Stella Artois, then slowly pour in the Guinness (over an inverted spoon is best).

The Grizzly
Serves 1

1 1/2 oz. Bourbon
2 oz. Lemonade or sour
3 oz. Energy Drink
Fill with ice
top with Beer ( brown ale recommended )

Irish Guy
Serves 1

1 oz. Baileys Irish Creme
12 oz. Guinness Stout

Pour the Guinness into a pint glass and then drop in the shot of Baileys.
Drink very quickly.
(Sounds gross but taste great!!!!)

The Ugly
Serves 1

2 oz. Tomato Juice
6 oz. Beer
Combine in a Beer Mug.

Spice up your Brew
Serves 1

1 1/2 oz. Vodka
12 oz. Beer
2 dashes Tabasco
Stir Vodka and Tobasco together in a chilled beer mug or pint glass. Pour in Beer.

Stiff Pounder
Serves 1

1 shot Jägermeister
12 oz Beer
Take a 12oz bottle of beer and drink the neck of the bottle. Pour 1 or more shots of Jägermeister into the neck.
